How do private lessons work?
-Once you book a lesson with me, you will automatically be sent a zoom link that will give you access to the zoom call for your lesson during the designated time. Save this email/link so you have access to it when it's time for your lesson.
Can I book multiple lessons?
-You can book as many lessons as you would like with any trainer. Hours of availability can be viewed for each trainer on their calendar shown on their trainer page.
What happens if I miss my lesson?
-If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, make sure to do so 24 hours before the lesson’s start time. If you miss the lesson without notifying your trainer before this timeframe, a refund will not be issued. All lessons will take place only during the scheduled timeframe that was booked. Lessons cannot run past the scheduled time, so make sure to be ready before the lesson starts!
What is our return policy?
-All yoyos are tested for top quality before they are shipped out. If you order a yoyo and would like to return it, send a request through the contact page. In the case of a return, you will be provided a shipping address to send the products back to. Once the items are received back to our warehouse and inspected, you will receive a refund for the price of the yoyos. *Please note, returns will only be accepted for unopened, unused yoyos. Any sign of a used or damaged product will disqualify that product for a refund.
Why did my yoyo start making weird noises and isn’t spinning right?
-Modern yoyos require maintenance. If your yoyo isn’t spinning properly, the bearing needs to be cleaned.
How long does it take to receive my order?
-Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping option. I offer both USPS first class and Fedex shipping. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives to you.
